I’ve been trying to deal with two things that are difficult for me. Waiting and getting chores done. I’m trying to combine the two and when I’m waiting sneak in part of a chore.
So far I’m liking it. I’ll tidy the kitchen or empty the dishwasher or sweep while I’m waiting for my husband to come to supper or my kids to get their shoes on. I feel less impatient and am taking a step in the right direction with the housework. Housework has been taking a backseat to other areas of my life so sometimes this is the only time that it is getting done.
